The Three Brush Truck Wash Equipment KKE 504 is fully automatic and operated by one operator. KKE 504 moves on ground mounted rails. The vehicle is driven in position and remains stationary and gantry moves over the vehicle and executes all operations.
The equipment uses proven 3 Brush, soft touch brush technology which gently glide over the vehicle surface while cleaning the vehicle. The equipment is capable of washing trucks, buses of sizes less than the washable dimensions of the equipment.
The basic cycle contains three step washing sequence. The first pass is Pre-wash pass which has wets the dirt adhering to the vehicle surface. In the second pass, the vehicle is washed with the soap and water. The soap is applied specially developed nozzles by KKE. In the third pass, the brush remove the dirt while being washed by water. The complete equipment is built as modular structure and transported in partly - assembled form. The steel structure is galvanized / painted, to avoid corrosion in the harsh bay conditions.

The structure is manufactured with heavy tubular steel sections with modular design which is painted with water proof paint. The gantry travels on two rails on the wash bay, which is driven by two geared motors. The control of the Gantry is Automatic via the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or Manual using the Operator’s Panel. The Gantry carries various systems and it optically senses the vehicle and its dimensions and provides feedback to the PLC and operator’s Panel. |
| This is special spray arch, equipped with low discharge nozzles. The Pre Wash Arch sprays water initially over the vehicle to soak the hard mud stains, salt deposits, bird droppings, etc. |
| KKE 504 Truck Wash System can spray any dirt removing chemical which in chemically neutral. Once the chemical / soap is sprayed, some delay is given to penetrate into the dirt. |

Side brushes wash front, sides and rear of the bus. The rotating brushes are freely suspended and move inward or outward according to the vehicle dimensions. It is moved by lateral drive motor to wash the front and rear surfaces. The construction allows the sensing of pressure over bus surface which maintains the contact with surface. |
| The top brush follows the contour of the bus, washing front, top and rear of the vehicle. It is controlled through the PLC by sensing the pressure over the brush. The brush moves up and down using guided chain and sprocket assembly. As the gantry travels across the vehicle, the horizontal brush, rises or lowers to clean the vehicle surface. |
| Wheel guides help to position the trucks to be washed at correct place at the wash bay, hence ensuring safety of the equipment as well as the truck. |
| The lower part of water spray arch consists of 4 high discharge nozzles on both sides which increases the level of cleaning in those unclean areas. |

Under Chasis wash takes place at the entry of the wash bay. The under chassis wash uses the same water pump, that for the main high pressure arch. It consists of network of special high impact nozzles, which remove dirt effectively from the bottom surface. The Under Chassis Wash System is controlled from the Operator’s Panel. It can set to two modes, they are :- Automatic and |

Operators Panel is easy to use and understand, user interface panel. You can select desired wash program through selector switch on operator panel. You get information about working cycle, while the equipment is washing the truck by using different programs, selected by the operator. The operator’s panel is easy to use and understand for any person |
| KKE 504 is controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. It gives you, the versatility to accommodate tankers to trailer trucks and enables you to select Intelli wash program according to the level of dirtiness of the truck, hence saving on everything; from electricity to time. The components used while manufacturing of control system, undergo a rugged quality control to ensure continuous and reliable service at your end. The control panel is powder coated, to ensure long service life. The control system is equipped with Emergency OFF and other components to facilitate manual control of the equipment by switching ON and OFF, the switches in the Operators panel. The equipment makes use of Optical Switches, Inductive switches to guide the control system in its operation. The different gantry speeds are selectable. |
The washable length of KKE 504 can be increased depending on your vehicle fleet. As the length of the equipment increases, the length of wheel guides, rails, pipes, power and control wires increases.
The maximum washing length of the equipment can go upto 23 m. The length of the bay would depend upon the washable length of the equipment.
An arch is installed at some distance from the wash bay. As the truck moves through it, the blowers start automatically and remain ON for 60 secs (depends on local conditions) or till the truck is moving through it. There are eight blowers , two on the top and three on each side.
This spares kit consists of most of the items which get worn off and may be needed to be replaced for providing uninterrupted service to your customers. It is always good to have spares rather than ordering them when they are actually required. With the spares kit, you’ll will able to avoid the downtime as you may replace the parts immediately.
