KKE 318 , controlled by PLC provides very reliable and robust control system giving you uninterrupted services and maximizing your bottom line.
KKE 318 is a 3 brush system, 2 vertical brushes wash the front, sides and rear and 1 roof brush wash the front, hood (bonnet), roof and rear. The Brushes follow the contour of the vehicle no matter how its parked in the bay. The brush pressure is continuously monitored by the controlled system.
KKE 318 is an entry level model which gives you quick return for your new business. Though an entry level model, you can add on option fetaures to make it a ful fleged model.

Trolley
| The trolley runs on the rails fixed on the ground. The trolley is fitted with anti tilt mechanism. |
Foam Soap Spray
 |
Soap is sprayed in form of foam so that it stays on the car for more time and attracts your customers. |
Brush System

Vertcal Brushes : Front, Sides and Rear Roof Brush : Front , Roof and Rear The brushes follow the contour of the car by sensing the brush pressure on the car surface. The brush pressure can be adjusted as per localconditions. |
Control System
| The equipment is controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. The control system is mounted on the equipment. The equipment is completely automatic and has preset programs with almost every combination possible from the optional addons selected. |
Operators Panel
| This panel allows the operator to select the wash program. This operator panel has counters to count number of cars washed. |
Wheel Guides
| Wheel guides help to position the cars to be washed at correct place at the wash bay, hence ensuring safety of the equipment as well as the car. |

The wheels of the car are automatically sensed and rotating brushes extended to wash the wheels. [Brush Stroke 350 mm].

Silicone Wax System
Silicone wax is sprayed on the car surface. The silicone wax is sprayed all over the car, using special atomizing nozzles, after the washing cycle. Silicone wax formulation gives instant shine and protection to the car, in addition, it softens the hard rubber wipers and beading of the car . It is also water repellent and hence avoids staining of glasses due to droplet formation. Silicone wax is the best available wax till date and is available worldwide easily.

Contour Following Drying System
Drying System consists of 4 high volume blowers, which follow the contour of the vehicle. The contour of the vehicle is optically sensed and the blower follows the contour of the vehicle. There are four blowers, two drying the sides and two for drying the top. The top blowers always maintain a safe distance from the car. The blowers are mounted on the moving gantry itself and you don’t need to build another station for drying operation.

Under Chassis Wash System (Entry Point)
The under chassis wash system is installed at the entrance. When the vehicle enters, the vehicle is automatically detected and pump starts.

Backlit Wash Cycle Display
Back lit display , displays the wash cycle which is in progress. The display is controlled by the PLC computer in the Central Control Panel. The display can be mounted any where near the equipment, so that the person washing his car can see the cycle which is in progress. The display is multi colored with logos and text representing the wash cycle. It also gives Red and Green signal, telling the customer, when to the enter the bay.
